Real Estate Company ADM

Alongside the Finnish Architecture and Design Museum Foundation, the Real Estate Company Oy ADM advances the architectural and design museum building project and is responsible for the construction of the new museum building.

Real Estate Company ADM is responsible for the completed design competition for the new Architecture & Design Museum as well as for the development and construction management of the project. Ownership of the company is shared equally between the City of Helsinki and the State of Finland, the project’s principal funders.

The company’s Board of Directors brings together extensive expertise and experience in delivering major development and construction projects. The company’s CEO is Mauri Sahi, M.Sc. (Tech.).
