Online Guided Tour: Escape to Moominvalley
If you can’t make it to Helsinki in person, you can explore the exhibition Escape to Moominvalley together with a guide in an open online guided tour!
The exhibition takes a fresh look at the connections between Jansson, the Moomins, architecture, and design. The journey begins with places and landscapes close to Jansson’s heart, before leading visitors into the imaginative spaces of Moominvalley.
The online guided tours are streamed live on the Architecture and Design Museum’s Facebook page. A recording of each tour will remain available for one week after the broadcast.

Following the Online Guided Tour at the Museum
The online guided tour is primarily intended to be viewed online, but visitors are also welcome to follow the stream on-site at the museum. Those present in the exhibition space may ask the guide questions at the end of the tour or afterwards. The filming will be arranged to avoid other visitors appearing in the frame whenever possible.
